Ingredients: 4 People

400g Tagiatelle

400g Green Asparagus

2 small zucchini

1 fresh goat cheese

1 Bq of Basil

Olive oil

Salt pepper

. Split the asparagus in half and cut them into sections

. Rinse them

. Cut the zucchini into slices

. Dip the tagliatelle, asparagus and zucchini in boiling salted water

. Crumble the goat in a salad bowl add 4 tablespoons olive oil chopped basil and pepper

. Drain the pasta and add the goat cheese mixture .

Serving is ready
